Kawaii (in the context of Japanese popular culture) means “cute”, but Kawaii is so much more than just cute: it’s a huge part of Japanese culture and can be found in anime, fashion, art, music, lifestyle, and more.

Because the quilling cupcake was so much fun to make, I decided to make another one

For the wings, I made a cane with Cernit translucent and black clay

I wasn’t sure what I wanted to make for this week 28, but then, I received an email from Kater’s Acres with a free tutorial.
And I immediately knew I wanted to make it.
