Overview
Thank you for your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts for 7 days from date of receipt. If 7 days have passed since you received your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. All items shipped are custom made according to your requests or requirements. T.Y.L. Creations can also not be held responsible for any damage during shipping by our shipping agents. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it at your own cost to the return address on the waybill. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is required, we will refund you 25% of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. We will contact you for your banking details and the refund will be processed within 2 working days.
Order Cancellation
Orders placed with T.Y.L. Creations are only confirmed once payment is received and are subject to a 48-hour grace period. If you need to cancel your order, this needs to be done within this period to not incur any penalties. Orders cancelled within this period will receive a full refund.
Orders cancelled after the 48-hour grace period are subject to certain conditions. In cases of emergencies, a voucher to the value of your order will be provided. For all other cancellations, whether cancelling the full order, or only a part of the order, the refund is determined by what has already been produced for your order or if stock that has been specially ordered to complete your order. We unfortunately cannot refund you on items that have already been made.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, T.Y.L. Creations cannot be held responsible for any damages to items during shipping and therefore does not offer any exchanges on items shipped.
Shipping Returns
Please use the returns options provided by the shipping agents to return a product. All items shipped will have a return address on the waybill.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the shipping agent charges T.Y.L. Creations for the return, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
