• All products are made on order and I require at least 10 working days to complete your order.
(some orders take longer).
Unfortunately, I can’t do “last-minute-dot-com” 😊.
• Because I make everything myself, the products will vary slightly, and there may be fingerprints on the polymer clay items.
• There are certain themes that I don’t do (for example halloween, adult, copyrighted characters/designs, etc), but if I can’t help you, I can refer you to someone else.
• After receiving your order, I’ll email you a quote and after you have confirmed that I must go ahead with your order, will I send you an invoice for payment.
• I start working on your order as soon as payment has been received
• Please order in advance and process your payment as soon as possible to give me enough time to complete your order, and to avoid disappointment for you.
• Prices can change without notification due to supplier price increases, but your quoted price will not be affected by any increases.
