Hey there! 😊 I’m a proud solopreneur – which is just a fancy way of saying I do everything myself. 🤭
So before placing an order or requesting a quote, please take a moment to read through these terms.

Order Info

• All products are custom-made to order. I require at least 7–10 working days to complete your order (some may take a bit longer).

• I’m not able to accommodate last-minute requests – so no “last-minute-dot-com” orders, please 😅

• Because everything is handmade by me, items may vary slightly, and tiny imperfections like fingerprints on polymer clay are part of the charm of handmade goods.

• I don’t create designs with certain themes (like Halloween, adult content, or copyrighted characters). If I’m unable to assist, I’m happy to refer you to someone who can.

How Ordering Works

  1. Once I receive your order request, I’ll email you a quote.
  2. If you’re happy to go ahead, I’ll send you an invoice.
  3. I’ll begin working on your order after payment has been received.

Please make payment promptly so I have enough time to complete your order and avoid any disappointment.

Pricing

• Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier cost increases.

• However, once you’ve received a quote, your price is locked in – even if my prices go up afterwards.

Collection

Order collection is by appointment only:

• Monday – Friday: 16:00 – 18:00

• Saturday: 09:00 – 11:00

• Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

Shipping

• I use Aramex and Pudo for deliveries within South Africa.

• At this time, I’m not offering international shipping.

• Please note: T.Y.L. Creations is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that occurs while parcels are in transit with these shipping providers.

  11. TERMINATION. T.Y.L. Creations may in its sole discretion terminate, suspend and modify this Website and/or your use of this Website, with or without notice to you. You agree that T.Y.L. Creations will not be liable to you in the event that it chooses to suspend, modify or terminate this Website or your use of this Website.”
